First Week of Summer

It's hard to believe that summer break is in full swing. We've been quite busy over this past week. Here are a few pics and videos from some of the highlights.

(We can't believe we don't have a single picture or video from Braden's first birthday. Happy birthday anyway, Braden! We're also missing pictures from Maile's mini-birthday celebration with Grandma and Grandpa Sass, who are visiting for the summer. OOPS!)

Maile's dear friend, Sophia, just turned two, also. They had a great time at Sophia's birthday party. Even though it rained (really, really hard) that day, we managed to find a break in the weather for the girls to enjoy the bouncy house/slide and sand/water table. Maile's really getting into this birthday party thing and would gladly attend a party every day of the week.

The girls were so cute in their matching outfits. Everyone changed into Sophia's clothes to have something that could get dirty in all the rain/mud. Parents were commenting that it looked like a toddler Gap ad.

It looks like the dads enjoyed the party as much at the kids and the moms!

Maile also started several of her classes this week. She's got a busier schedule than the rest of us! Here's a glimpse into one of her dance classes.

Although we had beautiful weather in May, we've had really off and on weather in June. We finally had a nice enough day to pull out the pool again today. Sophia came over to enjoy the sunshine with Maile. Let's hope the weather continues to stay nice.
