Shower Time

Susan, Tish and Amanda hosted Melissa's shower on April 7th. Heather made the cutest cake and cupcakes. The cake had a baby (with a perfect tan) and even the tiniest pacifier. Heather is so talented. (She's even making our baby bedding for us!)

Using Mailea's room colors of chocolate brown and teal, Susan painted the background and stems for the above paintings. Then, each guest painted a flower on a stem. It's the perfect garden for the nursery!

During the shower, Amanda led us in a Navajo ceremony where each guest contributed a bead to create this beautiful necklace. The necklace will be used as a source of strength during labor!
